Millet Casserole with Berries

500 ml almond milk (or another SOS-suitable milk alternative)
300 grams of berries (several types of berries can be used, there should be a total of 300 grams)
2 eggs (organic)
100 grams of coconut blossom sugar
250 grams of millet
50 grams of tiger nuts or almond sticks
2 teaspoons of coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
Mark of a vanilla pod
Recommendation:
Buy real Coconus Blossom Suger or -Nectar.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees top/bottom heat.
Grease casserole dish (about 20 cm) with coconut oil.
Stir eggs and sugar in a bowl.
Wash millet, then bring to the boil together with the milk and the spices. Remove from heat and let it swell for 10 minutes.
Then add the egg mixture, stir well and fill in the casserole dish.
Sprinkle the berries on the millet mixture, sprinkle with almonds, almonds, and coconut flakes.
Bake in the oven and bake for about 1 hour. Allow to cool and enjoy for about 10 minutes!
